You can buy black lights at party stores. There's usually a couple party stores in most large cities. Just google "party store" and the city you live in.
I'm sure you can also buy all types of black lights online.
did u just draw on white paper with highlighter for the picture and then put them on the wall? should i use black garabage bags and put em on the walls too?
no actually we went shopping for florescent paper, and cut shapes out of that and then taped those up to the walls which were covered in black garbage bags. the garbage bags are a must.
If I recall correctly, it took about 4 "tube-style" black lights and about 2-3 bulbs. The tube lights are essential. Plus we covered the walls in black plastic bags, sealed all windows and threw in a full-length mirror to reflect some of the light.
