The New YouTube Layout 2012 [People hate Change]

I hate the new layout. It suxs and is sterile. I personally am leaving youtube till they wise the hell up. People on youtube are not Corporations. Why in the hell would they think that we want our channel to look like a corporate website. Im gonna try ZippCast.

And if they absolutely need to make changes, why not put like/dislike bars on thumbnails? Why not give us more customization options? Why not do something to actually improve the quality site instead of constantly trying to fix something that isn't broken?

I personally loved the customization options of the older layouts and at least the current layout has SOME elements of customization. This new layout features almost no customization options, and distributes a feed of information that quite frankly has no business being there. That and it completely lacks ambiance, just a boring default grey template. BUT FEAR NOT, atleast they give you not two, but THREE arrangements to choose from. OH JOY! -.-

Why can't they just let us choose out layout?

Unless the change is for the better, all you have is an appeal to novelty. The new layout is objectively inferior to the current one for several reasons.

Nothing against change as long as it's good. These new channels that are going to be forced upon us all are horrible. Not only are they ugly, it has less features. We can't watch videos on that page. We can't see people's subscribers, subscriptions, and friends. Comments will disappear after a certain amount of them are posted. There's more faults and it's really shit. It's turned into Communist Tube. Those in power get the benefit$ and those who aren't in power are fucked over.

Fuck that, I got a great page. You log on my shit and it's relaxing like drinking a Corona on a tropical beach. Under the new channel it's a big gray box and a lot of wording. The shit sucks.

I like when they made "suddle" changes. This last one was drastic and affected the ascetics. I dare them to change Google's front page(beyond the logo....they will not touch that! They changed youtube so it would be "google+" friendly, they are trying to sell their crappy social network site.

i'm gona be honest, i love the new youtube layout, it looks alot better then the old version.

i just want 1 little change and that is: remove recommanded videos on the frontpage.
