Well I know for a fact that the limiter on the bike was still on since everything was stock... And the ecu was still there too...the supra was completely redone switched chips and all...take out the limiter and ecu bike will eat that car alive...top speed on it is like 180 with limiter.. look up the gentlemans agreement in.regards to superbikes

@bsmoneyciv not a chance, just a clean body lower milage stock everything supra will cost you around 25 to 30K. Parts are super expensive on those cars you looking atleast 30 to 40K parts alone not quite 100K but sure as heck not 50K

@kageryu311 I really don't think your into or know much about motors. I think you meant 2 wheels> 1 wheel. A stock ZX10r will launch better/quicker then any legal street car you throw at it. It has nothing to with driven wheels, a bike simply has a better power to weight ratio (the car has more power but is quite heavy).
Although this has nothing to do with the point I'm tried to make earlier, but if you turbo charged the bike (just a small lil turbo) that car has no chance.

UGR Gallardos, TT Vipers, TT Z06's, 3.4L fully buily single turbo Supras etc. bikes are fast and cheap but not unstoppable.

A $100,000.00 modded Supra against a bone stock ZX-10 that cost $12k? Add a turbo & some tuning to the ZX-10 & see how it goes. In a straight line. I have '10 Turbo Busa that is really mildly tuned. I trashed a ZR-1 W/ 20 lbs of boost all the way to 215+, driver ran out of courage.

The entire drive train, chassis & brake system had to be replaced. I find it hard to believe that cams & an intercooler can more than triple the HP of a car. A good looking car though.

@MegaSpamBot The stock V160 getrag transmission can take over 1000 ft lbs of torque. The fastest 6 speed car in the world, a Supra that did 7.91 @ 189mph in the 1/4 was on the stock transmission. I've run my car on the stock transmission for 121,000 mile with 787rwhp for 70,000 of those miles. The transmissions are dead reliable as are the motors.
It takes about 650 to 700 hp to beat a new stock 600. This 04 is slightly outdated engine wise. AMS built a 650awhp 1st gen that braely kept up with 600s and got shit on by 1000s. Cant compare bikes to cars.
Just goes to show what kind of car is needed 800whp+ and couldn’t out pace a box stock 04ZX10 until 160mph. all must remember here is this bike is not just box stock but its now considered oldish… the 04 zx10 in this video is putting out 155whp, that’s not really that powerful when compared to today’s 1000cc sportbikes, the later and new zx10s are putting out much more power 200+ at the crank and 185 at the back wheel factory box stock! Today’s stock zx10 would do much better…

Every 2 or 3 years or so the power of factory sportbikes goes up a fair bit… as recently as the late 90s early 2000s factory sportbikes ware making an average 130 to 140 at the back wheel… today they are making 175 & 185 at the wheel depending on what kind of factory sportbike. Kawasaki are known to have the most power out of all factory sportbikes. In around 3 years time the average factory sportbike will be making a genuine 200bhp at the back wheel..
There is a company in Pennsylvania that will install a Supercharger in a ZX10R that will bump up the HP to ~225HP! Lets see a race when BOTH are Boosting! BYE BYE SOUPRA!! The bikes are fast as fuck compared to what they spent. the supra is faster, and has probably about 50,000 put into it including price of car. the bike probably 9000 off the showroom floor. so if you are into going fast and beating 99% of the normal cars on the street, then a bike would be your best bet, economically.
take a stock supra vs a stock zx-10r and have a look how the car will be toasted by the bike.

@KisteBier79 if you watch the hole movie.. you will see a zx14r with minor tune. just power commander and slip on and bmc air filter.. thats like 10 hp gain if you are lucky and that zx14r walks him like nothing.. so you don`t need a turbo bike trust me... even a normal driver on the zx10r and maby geard would walked him @ least to the finnish line...

A $100,000.00 modded Supra against a bone stock ZX-10 that cost $12k? Add a turbo & some tuning to the ZX-10 & see how it goes. In a straight line. I have '10 Turbo Busa that is really mildly tuned. I trashed a ZR-1 W/ 20 lbs of boost all the way to 215+, driver ran out of courage.

@Thug0000069 I find it hard to believe you can buy 811hp for $35k. I have a 685hp/ 650lb ft '05 GTO. The car was $30k. The extra HP cost another $50k and I did all the work. The entire drive train, chassis & brake system had to be replaced. I find it hard to believe that cams & an intercooler can more than triple the HP of a car. A good looking car though.

@ThisWillLeaveaMark its dbrad supra... its literally one of the only cars in the world that has made 1000hp with stock internals aka stock motor.. t74 264 cams springs and retainers clutch short throw 1000cc injectors aem ecu its legit they run 8 sec on 1/4 stock tranny and rear end the supra is just a masterpeace.. car was running 900hp in this race it makes 1100+hp

Good luck with that stock transmission... with good maintenance, that ZX-10 will last at leat 40.000 miles, I doubt that the Supra will get anywhere near that without a major rebuild :D

@MegaSpamBot The stock V160 getrag transmission can take over 1000 ft lbs of torque. The fastest 6 speed car in the world, a Supra that did 7.91 @ 189mph in the 1/4 was on the stock transmission. I've run my car on the stock transmission for 121,000 mile with 787rwhp for 70,000 of those miles. The transmissions are dead reliable as are the motors.

It takes about 650 to 700 hp to beat a new stock 600. This 04 is slightly outdated engine wise. AMS built a 650awhp 1st gen that braely kept up with 600s and got shit on by 1000s. Cant compare bikes to cars.

Just goes to show what kind of car is needed 800whp+ and couldn’t out pace a box stock 04ZX10 until 160mph. all must remember here is this bike is not just box stock but its now considered oldish… the 04 zx10 in this video is putting out 155whp, that’s not really that powerful when compared to today’s 1000cc sportbikes, the later and new zx10s are putting out much more power 200+ at the crank and 185 at the back wheel factory box stock! Today’s stock zx10 would do much better…

Every 2 or 3 years or so the power of factory sportbikes goes up a fair bit… as recently as the late 90s early 2000s factory sportbikes ware making an average 130 to 140 at the back wheel… today they are making 175 & 185 at the wheel depending on what kind of factory sportbike. Kawasaki are known to have the most power out of all factory sportbikes. In around 3 years time the average factory sportbike will be making a genuine 200bhp at the back wheel..

just wanted to think about who spent more money on their vehicle. the supra, or the bike. The bikes are fast as fuck compared to what they spent. the supra is faster, and has probably about 50,000 put into it including price of car. the bike probably 9000 off the showroom floor. so if you are into going fast and beating 99% of the normal cars on the street, then a bike would be your best bet, economically.

@KisteBier79 if you watch the hole movie.. you will see a zx14r with minor tune. just power commander and slip on and bmc air filter.. thats like 10 hp gain if you are lucky and that zx14r walks him like nothing.. so you don`t need a turbo bike trust me... even a normal driver on the zx10r and maby geard would walked him @ least to the finnish line...
