Look wha reggae come to..u think one drop drum start with bob marley?..drums is about pocket and groove..go practice and come again..u over play..annoying
I've been a drummer for over 30 years, (raised in Africa) my Man Dyrol has got the shine! Reggae drumming is not for the feint of heart, yet affords the drummers the joy of jazz musicians in extemporaneous expression and so on. (only my opinion). Keep rockin' n' ah rollin man!
If you know Horcemouth, Sly Dunbar, Carlton Barrett, Carlton "Santa" Davis, Freddie McGregor..to name a few, Then you know reggae Drmming. This brother is wicked too.
ahhh i liiiike! this is why metal drumming will never be that popular...it just doesnt have the same feel as this shizzle...siiiick :) feeds my inner drum monster yeeeah
