It was the right thing to do to let Kat go. She obviously didn't feel good about being in Miami so actually she had to take responsibility and leave on her own initiative.
Sometimes she really does behave like a 4 year old and the only reason she's successful now in LA Ink, is because she's the boss.
Sure, she's amazing at portrets but with that attitude of hers, she'd never be able to work for anyone for a long period of time.

@xxzibit92 u are wrong about the latin part. the "divina commedia" was actually the first book that canonized the modern italian language. so it's nothing else than italian.

the guy simply didn't know what he was talking about.
what puzzles me is that he makes such a big deal about that tattoo and in the end he didn't even know exactly what he was getting on his skin.
she was turning a lot of customers down though, and she did give the impression that she thought she was too good for the littler tattoos and stuff that wasnt her style. i know she is an amzing artist though and is really good at what she does, i think ami's really good aswell though x
haha ami really believed that he was the King? i would asume that Kat von D. is more famous than he is and that it just harmed his shop that she left....but that is just my thought
Kat is way arrogant i would 100% choose any of those guys over kat unless i wanted a potrait... even Yojii for being a beginner
