@Bookstop1337 nah man, I just never use straps, and train heavy. I do farmers walks every now and then, but no real specific grip work. A long time ago I used lifting straps, and couldnt hold on to anything without them, so I stopped using them and my grip is pretty solid now.
Wow. Okay thanks, my problem is my grip was getting weaker because I guess I was doing less reps of higher weight. Guess it's time to replace more of the barbell work for chest/ arms with dumb bells eh

That's really good. Do you do any grip specific training outside of what happens naturally with your other excercises?
