No disrespect to Pinch, but he's hardly the best drummer of the early 80's era of punk: he's no match for Ruffy (Ruts), Paco (Conflict), Trotsky (Subhumans), or Greville (Rudimentary Peni), to name a few, whereas Rat was probably the most distinctive & capable drummer of the 76/77 wave of punk bands.....not only that, but he led from the back, in a wild, natural, style that can't really be mimicked - Pinch keeps a tight beat, but he doesn't lead from the back.

That's not his wife. That's Mr. Monty Oxy Moron, a fine keyboardist. A rather wacky guy. Dave's wife's name is Patricia Morrison, who was in Sisters of Mercy, Gun Club, and the Bags. She played bass with them until about 2005. And she is absolutely GORGEOUS. In fact, the song "She" is about her.
