Hi, I have been enthralled with all your fasting journeys. I too am embarking on a fast, but I want to ask if it's okay to include Green Tea with it (as long as no sugar or cream is added)? Thanks man, love your videos.

Aspartame is deadly poison when heated up to 80 degrees it becomes formeldehyde and then formic acid which is found in the poison in the sting of fire ants. Its something how greedy and crooked the government is allowing that in our food supply. Thats why use sweeteners like stevia. agave nectar, raw honey, etc.

it has been linked to birth defects. In college i had a classmate do a project on it and the things it mentioned his son had on some level levels

my husband's mom just had surgery for giant brain aneurysm. She drinks diet coke all day, everyday... we strongly think there is a connection but she refuses to stop... :[
