I have an elf deck in real life that with only TWO LAND, i can get 108 elf tokens by turn SEVEN, and by turn 8 they i could have 326 elf tokens all 440/440!

From my experience with my friends most of the games are lost because of shitty cards, not because actual skill or clever play is involved. Good, balanced games do happen but I think they are quite rare.

I guess it's because how most decks are built around clever combos that just never seem to happen :)

OMG you're supposed to do that spell on the Indestructible artifact. That way if the deck is built with Darksteel Collossus, you have a chance that it's the next card or any other better artifact for help.

@celticking32 He won the last 2 rounds, Besides, The forest decks are overpowered, I have 1 trust me, If its used right you can get a 30/20 within 10 minutes with ease.

Also if used right(and you get good cards) the Blue/Green deck can bring out monsters upwards of 6/6 within 3-4 turns so it's not all about the Elves ;)

You said lewis was bad, He lost because of luck, And the fact that Simon was using a gmoded deck. Seriously I have a forest card that only costs 2 lands and i can get it to 30/20(As said before) with ease. The main reason why im talking to you is to tell you not to insult Lewis. End of convo.

@bloopboy12 Land allows you to summon other cards. If you look at the creatures you will see a picture of land if the picture say has 2 forrest and a number 3 next to it. That means you need 2 forrest and 3 of any other kind of land

@bloopboy12 land can be 'tapped' for mana, wich goes into your mana pool. U can pay some mana out of your pool to play cards (the mana needed for a card is displayed in the top right corner). You can only play one land a turn, and your mana pool is emptiedd at the end of a turn.

For tips on how to play etc.: use google to find a nice communitie, and maybe a local shop where you can play/find others/ buy cards

@bloopboy12 All you need is some practice and know wich cards work best with/against wich cards in wich situations

For the decks, the white probably has lifegain, the green expensive creatures. the red deck you opponent uses is either aggro (make sure to kill his creatures or have good blockers) or burning (he'll have less creatures, so try to attack him or compensate the damage)

experiment with decks ingame, and see what works best for you : )

@bloopboy12 try to kill him before he gets a big guy (i know this is hard). Or try to either outmass his big guys or just use a sorcery/enchantment (pacifism is really useful) to get him out of your way. Save good cards that can deal with his biggies for when he gets those biggies out.

The game is $9.99 on Steam. Just picked it up for myself and a friend. I used to be into the card game, but it became such an investment in both time and money that I had to give it up. Although the decks you get are pre-made and only semi customizable I feel it is a good way to get into/back into the game, and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

I love elf decks! They pack a decent puch and you can easily make a kick-ass elf deck for like 100 USD.

i still don't get how people can't catch on to how to play this, by now it's pretty obvious: you put down lands, which help you generate mana, with which you can summon creatures, with which you can attack, or summon artifacts, which give you buffs, or cast spells, with which you can immediately undermine the opponent. all the other instructions are written on the cards.
