  • Yoshi must be Yoshi Kishi or Yoshihisa Kishimoto (of Kunio-kun and Double Dragon) fame. He also did Road Blaster.

  • it is him. the reason being is because in the Arcade versions of Double Dragon 1 and 2, there are references at the very beginning of each game. in DD1, when the garage door opens, there's a car that looks like the one in Road Avenger/Road Blaster. while in DD2 the helicopter hangar where Billy and Jimmy come out of has a helicopter similar to the one in Cobra Command/Thunder Storm
