Spirituality can be much much more vague than that...like believing in an earth 'spirit'
or being in touch with nature, something that I beleive makes you appreciate existence much more, brings you closer to true primal behaviour and improves your life and gives you the mindset

2/3 of China are atheist, however many Chinese atheist are going back into religion. 62 years of an iron-fisted policy to wipe out religion by the communist government has failed. 30000 atheist Chinese are becoming Christian everyday. 1949-1million Christians, 2011-110 million. If evolution made religion, it has been a mistake that has shown itself more powerful than the atheism/communism in China. I think you're on the right track, but could improve your video by organizing your thoughts better (maybe a written outline) in order to stay on track and present your thoughts in an orderly fashion, allowing them to flow logically from one point to the next. Basically I think you mean to say that you don't mind religion when it merely helps people in a personal way, but dislike it when religion imposes itself on others in unwanted or harmful ways.

I would like to know where the Bible has flawed morality? The real problem here is that most "Christians" don't live by what's in that book. And you see the way they act and think the Bible teaches them that behavior essentially. I think you need to study your history better. Most of the founding fathers WERE christians of some sort of denomenation. Do your homework. Put in a search stating, were the founding fathers secularists? Most if not all say they were not secularists. Also check out shephers chapel on the internet

@joshmb24 Religion is all about power and control. It created the concept of monarchy (kings). The Divine Right of Kings makes a chosen person (president) the ruler of all people. The church of God (members) determines this and appoints a king. This mimics the one-god, supreme being concept.
Religion is not about 'god' per se, it's about power and control. All this came from the enslaving of people to build pyramids. However, there was no god, just people (Pharoahs) who sought power and control.

Logic is not something to "believe in" - it's something to know and learn - it is real and requires no faith nor belief, but merely apprehension and knowledge. When I was 8 years old. Yes! EIGHT YEARS OLD, I decided to become vegetarian and never eat animal products again. Most people thought it was a phase and I'd soon 'grow out of it'. Well, I'm 42 now and I'm vegan.
Around the same age, I came to the conclusion that there was no god. Again, I still feel the same way.

we're fighting against ignorance..religion spreads truth in the form of doctrine..we spread truth in the form of science..it should be obvious which is more reliable..religion is deceptive..it appears as a force for good with the preaching of love, the helping of the homeless, ect..but, above all else it spreads ignorance and claims it as truth..it ends up directly and indirectly supressing knowledge, understanding, and reason..it promotes ignorance, which always ends up causing harm..

Eh, God is not just part of organized religion. Fact is, alot of people like the idea of a higher power but see the problem with organized religion, I don't believe in God, but I think it's better to "have a personal relationship with God" than to indoctrinate children with organized religion. Besides, people who believe in God but not religion sometimes end up as atheists, or at least in supporting our cause. I say deeds > creeds :)

I meant legally. It doesn't belong in the law, as stated. I don't give a damn what fairy tales gets someone through life easier, just don't put it in the law books. This is total nonsense. The majority of the founding fathers were very christian, especially the key figures (like Thomas Jefferson, John Jay, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams etc.). Funny that I, as an European, have to explain something to you like that.
Many immigrants from Europe (especially the Netherlands) were in fact reformed in a very strict way. The effect of the immigration of these people is now revealing itself in modern day American politics.
