This is awful, I can tell you exactly what the producer did and it probably took about 45 minutes.

1) Cut the background chords sample loop out of the original song.

2) Download a shitty drum loop pack from a torrent site

3) Add random fade ins and fade outs and perhaps a frequency modulation at some point on aforementioned drum loops.

4) Add a single kick drum that is annoying and too loud on the first beat of every 2 bars.
