The clock displayed in Awaken is only for display purposes. Awaken actually uses the system time for alarms. The clock in Awaken is updated once per minute to cut down on processing. It looks like things got out of sync for a few seconds causing the 1 minute update to be off. Quitting Awaken and restarting should show things correctly. The clock is being redone in Awaken 5 to eliminate this visual bug. This is not SL related.
