I remember seeing the prototype tested on TV a few years ago. At that time the machine only flew about three meters high and circled within meters. I believe the video is not a computerized to cheat people, as any investor would want to see the real performance before dig into his pocket.

First of all this isn't a jetpack. Second, if this jet pack is so "revolutionary" why aren't there any practical flight demonstrations which don't include either being flown 4 feet off the ground inside a building or flying 4 feet off the ground with two people helping to stabilzse the machine? Having to resort to animations to prove a concept without any practical demonstrations of basic, stabilzed flight after years of development only serves to prove how useless this machine is.

Look up "Boeing F-15SE Silent Eagle," uploaded by theworacle, for another example.

@jspenco2 the ducted fans on the Martin jet pack after many years of testing are more efficient than the latest Lockheed Martin(no connection) F-35 Lightning II lift fan which would account for the myth busters fail. The technology is being sought after by many other end users and is under patent by Martin.Almost zero P factor( Information from a talk at out local aero club by him recently.)
