good recordings of schumann are rare as it needs a lot of work and technique and a great musicality. Martha Argerich recordings are milestone recordings. She makes us discover what nobody could show us in such a convincing interpretation. The big works of Schumann needs a lot of intelligence and work to be managed.....

IMO, the best thing about argerich is that emotion and feeling is well preserved and maintained even at a piece's fastest speed.
