Apparently UMG failed to differentiate between the cover version and the original version with you too. It happened to TheDrumFreak109 in his RB1 FC, although at least he didn't have to audioswap.

Fortunately, it probably won't happen with the Rock Band 1 videos as they're confirmed covers.
