The thing about M2M is that Linkin Park strayed away from what made me love them in the first place. They had several songs on that album I love, like Hands Held High, In Pieces, and Valentine's Day, and others, but it's just not MY Linkin Park, the rock/rap band with the intense rhymes and guitar riffs of Hybrid Theory and Meteora. You know what I mean?

This band was probably the first band to mix rap with rock. In fact, thats what made LP so original and unique. Thats why they were so famous. They made songs that other bands couldn't play like LP did. On the other hand, Minutes To Midnight was completely different from the previous albums which sound like any other band. The truth is that Linkin Park is changing and we can't change that, but lets hope that in 2010 the new album goes back to the old music style that they had.
