Master K is the most amazing instructor I've had. It was nearly 12 years ago, but everything that he taught has stuck with me throughout the years even though I stopped training a very long time ago.

Master K is a damn hell of a man. I too would like to reach his age (double mine!) with such shape and movement skills... Truly admirable (and great master, by the way, for what I've seen of him).
