  • Funniest fucken thing ever to watch high, i cant stop laughing lol

  • Very well done. Thank You.

  • 2:31 to 3:32 Priceless! Quick fix for an unsolvable problem!

  • I for one welcome our Cane Toad overlords.

  • So these little bastards are killing the indigenous species, breeding out of control, spreading across the territories and have little to no natural predators. How are they any different from humans?

  • Cane toad's coming!

  • not to mention that it was humans that caused the toad problem..

  • these people need to watch what they say about killing trouble animals that damage ecosystems.. people are the number one animal that does that

  • Australia's not the only place where animals and plants are introduced. Possums were introduced to New Zealand now they are a pest. Gum trees were introduced to Africa now they are a pest. Brown tree snakes were introduced to Guam now they are a pest. People introduced animals and plants all over the world. Watch the first episode of Strange days on planet Earth and see what I mean.

  • @moatguy i know..

  • My right ear enjoyed this video

  • watching these was my hw assignment tonight xD

  • The point of the documentary is to be satirical and ironic, that is why it is quite funny/goofy etc.

  • 2:30 i think he needs a roller to take them out

  • could you imagen if a cop pulled him over for driving like that lol

  • This isn't funny. Anything and everything that tries to eat these toads, die. They are an invasive species. They have been reported all over south florida; and are heading north.

  • @StephenB58 Honestly, I understand why people find this doc funny, it is kind of goofy. The truth is not funny. I live in sw florida and these things are EVERYWHERE, they do indeed populate in massive numbers very quickly. Watching this I realized what I had been seeing in my sisters pond, it was a mystery to us, but we knew something big was in there. Little did I know those little tadpoles I had seen earlier this year were these guys. My sister has a couple cats an a dog, its unsettling.

  • This documentary makes me wonder if there will ever be "toad destruction day" in Australia.

  • Man this video made me litterally ROFL in real life. The guy with the Mazda running over the toads was hilarious with his persona, appearance, and his calm demeanor while describing the scientific approach towards blowing toads "out the back with a bang like a balloon"

  • 5:00 TOAD FIST! most deadly fighting style.

  • They should hire Duke Nukem to take out these monsters

  • A million thanks for uploading this! I've been longing to see it again since I first saw it on Swedish Television twenty years ago.

  • This is a masterclass in black comedy, this could be released as a comedy and be a huge success... it must be done

  • lmao running them over

  • The popping sound is hilarious....crap haha

Reminds me of popping a zit.

  • We watched this in my marine & environmental class...we laughed duringthe whole thing.

  • holy shit when the frog ate the mouse ..

  • This is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

  • i keep watching this and thinking it has to be a joke.... but its not... i love it

  • that poping is freakishly horrible lol

  • 8:00 I half expected him to snatch the plane.

I have seen this documentary some 20 years ago, but still remember quite a lot of it, including the Cane Toad Blues. Maybe it helped my decision to study ecology.

  • 7:15 is so fucken random ,, mad song at the end to :P

  • I love this!! ahaha we watched it in school! its the best lmao

  • The song for the end credits is cool. It's also a great closing shot, panning from the cane toad to the view of Sydney Harbour.

  • chubby bunny with the first scene

  • AHAHAHAHA the popping nosie is fuckin gold lol

  • 20 years after this was made, cane toads made their way to WA

  • oh shit that sick bastard ate mousy

  • omg freakin hilarious! *pop!*

  • I dig the end song! :D

  • that poor mouse!

  • cane toads are so cute.

  • one of the most amazing documentaries ive seen in a while! Great stuff. I loved the 'Cane toad' drug abuser. Hilarious!

  • my bio teacher showed us this documentary and she was literally falling out of her chair laughing when he was running over the toads! funniest video I've watched in school

  • I watched this is AP Environmental History in High School and our whole class just could not take it seriously. Gotta love those 80's flims...Hilarious!

  • The Guy driving the orange Combi Van is a Dude ;-)

  • That mouse has got balls!!!!

  • That poor mouse...

    :'(

  • imma get get mah shotgun n fry some of these bastards...

  • kill all these fuckers!

  • Lol, the guy in the van is swerving around the road just so he can kill a couple toads at 2:32.

  • This is the funniest documentary I've ever watched.

  • You know what'd be a really great idea. Find some cute furry animal in Hawaii that eats them and import it to Oz. ;o)

  • No way mate. That's what brought them here in the first place. Bio controll is no job for beginers.

  • Toddyfins - nice m8!

  • The cane toad has now reached the Coffs Harbour area and are making their way into the Kimberley region on Western Australia as of 2009.

  • Good news is there has been reports of native ants adapting to eat the young toadlets, so at least some of the natives are catching up!

  • crows are also figuring out how to eat cane toads by first flipping them over, THEN eating the unprotected underbelly.

  • lol @ the popping sounds the toads make as the van gets closer to the camera around 3:30

  • Whose bright idea was it to introduce the cane toad into Australia?

  • @BSMART18-I think that would be Australians themselves, to get rid of the beetle and cane grubs.?

  • where r cane toad actually native to?

  • Hawaii

  • @BSMART18 no they are from south and central america they were introduced to hawaii

  • I'll wager Jeremy Clarkson could breed a Stig that could wipe out the Bufo in a matter of days. It may be expensive. It May subject Australia to endless jokes, a small price.

The "Stig" would most likely resemble a Hamster to lure the Cane Toad to its doom.

  • Cane Toad Blues? The song at the end is great.

Anyone know where I can get it or find it?

  • Rachen - Oh OK you are are one of those FUCKTARDED god fearin idiots that is a walking Kodak colour picture postcard reason for abortion!

  • Good docco. I noticed our friend venusbloodoom here enjoyed this little adventure =)

  • it's Simple

Toads kill native animals (trying 2 eat them) = No Native animals = No Natrual Tourists Attractions = No money = Loss of Jobs= Less Food on our tables = Chaos?

  • what do u mean there is no simple way 2 stop them???

Every Australian get out there with ur Cricket bat or shovel simple and highly effective way 2 stop them.! i have been killing them for years around my home, my old school and my church and after a year of every night going canetoad hunting i noticed the fewer and fewer canetoads. i use 2 get in 1 night more than 150 by the end of 1 year i was lucky 2 catch 30-40.
