it was debug mode you can get everyones last limit on it its part of the games programming but it is locked unless you input the unlock code aka you need a gameshark to use the unlock code on the psx and some other thing on the pc

This is an error screen that you get when it can't find the enemy you were supposed to fight. It's not a beta boss and was not meant to fight.

The pyramid was actually a test model for the monsters.
