I'm happy Jack is home. I feel good for the lady too. Does she have her other dog too?

I am not sure about what happened to the second dog. But I believe that dog is one that broke through a screen to get into her house with her after the flood, and belonged to someone else in the neighborhood. The second individual referred to that was in the house with her and the dogs was a relative.

Absolutely, his owner had been looking for him for sixteen months. You can read about it in the description over in the top right-hand column, just click on the "more" link. She spent several days in her flooded home with Jack and another dog, scrounging for food and sharing it amongst them all. She was forced to leave him behind when the human rescuers came.
