  • What suburb did you film this in?

  • @SitaEnvironmental I was videoing around Como on a Monday.

  • epic i wish i had the time to do this...

  • yturehhgsh hdcsjwgfshwtg

  • Another nice video Mitch. Sounds different to some of the later ACCO's from 2006 onwards, and its got a nice fast arm!

  • Fantastic vid, love seeing the different body mfg.'s in the same area! So greens/recyc. alternate week by week here? Thanks for sharing :)

  • Yep I believe it's one week recycle and the next greens - I've seen seperate pictures with trucks collecting both recycle and greens so that's my idea... not the strongest evidence to prove my theory, but it's likely.

  • awesome

  • Nice.

  • nice

  • great job 5 *****

  • very nice, as always. by the way, this video shows perfectly why you should place the garbage bin with the lid opening (and not with the handles) side to the street! many people do this wrong; they think the garbage men must handle the bin. But the truck's mechanism handles the bin! and if the bin would be placed the other way round, the garbage couldn't fall into the truck!

one should send this video to all house owners. seriously.

  • true, if they cant put it out right maybe they shouldnt get it dumped anyway? lol

  • I must confess: I placed it wrongly the first day of the new truck. the garbage fell all over the street. OH THE SHAME! when I came home in the afternoon, neighbors would stand at the fences (in Germany, we have fences around our places, not just green lawn like in the USA) and they talked about me. WHAT A SHAME. and on the garbage can, there was a sticker "next time you place the garbage can incorrectly, we will not service you". it was a standard sticker so it must happen quite often.

  • Yep, it sure does....some people just don't get it. But on the first few weeks of the service it's certainly understandable...Do you guys have side loaders like this in Germany? I had thought it'd mostly be RLs.

  • Hi Trashman, it depends. In areas with more single houses, they use side loaders, because of the smaller trash cans, while in areas with multy-story buildings, they use rear-loaders because of the (bigger) collective trash containers.

greetings and good night for today

  • Thanks for the reply! Yeah, should have figured because of the German Bruder ASL models :) That makes sense...

  • 5* good job!

  • nice :D
