  • it beeps twice but it beeps as soon as the doors close, so its like u dont know when they will close. But im used to it cause ive been taking the train for so long, so i know the time frame of when to get on and when to not get on.

  • @nolifemerc gotta love Norway.

  • @nolifemerc Yeah but they don't tell you doors are closing on the boston trains :(

  • @stashdash wow no voice no pling no nothing, just closing.

  • @dumbmp3

that's what i'm sayin! Let tha damn bag go!! sheesh

  • loool imagine how fast her legs would of been going once the train caught up speed XD

  • Maybe it was still around her arm.

  • id be holdin on to my purse too

  • she risk her life for her bag :p

  • I Don't Know Why They Don't Check The Doors Before They Move.

  • fucking hell tht'd be scary

  • ohhhh were of the se the wizard, the wonderful wizard of..OH NO WAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • LMAO! funny the way that woman walks, HA HA HA

  • LOL!!!!

  • Stupid people should stay home

  • I ride this subway everyday. You always see idiots sprint to the doors and shove bags in them to stop them from closing. I once saw a briefcase get stuck in the doors with the owner standing on the platform yelling. The briefcase fell on the floor when the doors opened at the next T stop :)

  • Why didn't she just let go of her bag. I would rather let go of my purse full of big macs rather then get skinned as im dragged between the train and subway wall.

  • Stoned at work...

  • She wasnt stuck, she just wanted to make the news

  • Owned !!!!

  • OK mapmanic. I had to reread your comment from last night since I admittedly was tired when I read it (after working 13 hours). Having reread your comment, I feel confident in my reply that follows:

First of all, if you are a train operator IN BOSTON, then I put my tail between my legs and apologize. Admittedly, I don't know the exact function of their job titles or how their equipment works. It doesn't count if you have "friends" that work there because you never know the exact scope until

  • this is why boston sucks

  • My question is why was she hanging in the door area of the train? I don't ride transit rail that often but I'm either getting on or off not stuck in limbo, plus there is usually a warning sound indicating that the door is about to close. Be aware of your surroundings.

  • @chri8067

exactly! Either get on or get off! It's that freakin simple! Moron, thought throwing her bag in between the doors would keep it in the station? Bet she was holding the doors for someone coming! knuckleheads.

  • thats unbelievable. you can actually see the operator doing an "all clear" check while the woman is stuck! there's a human panic reflex that makes you instinctively wrestle with an object while distracting you from imminent danger. she could have been easly killed.

  • The trains basically drive themselves. The attendants really only have to be alert. 50k is more than adequate for the work that they do. A green line trolley operator makes about 58k. A part-time green line operator makes about 37k. It's the bus drivers that should be paid more because they have more they have to deal with.

  • nice numbers, but completely false. references?

  • The cost of living there pretty much offsets that 'exorbitant' income. That would be pretty darned good pay where I live. However, I can drive 3/4 hour west and buy a reasonably nice house for $120,000.

  • you are a fuckhead son of a bitch.

  • @TheGibby13 thank you for being honest. at least we both know that the ignorant shithead is you. Have a nice day.

  • Only $50/year? And they have to do a good job? I guess it's time to go on strike again!

  • These operators get paid over $50k/yr for the work that could be performed better by a chimpanzee.

  • ASSHOLE! you don't know what that person does and damn sure wouldn't be able to come off the street and do their job so you need to shut your trap. It's people like you that make me pissed off!

  • Well, actually, I do know. Each operator is responsible for making sure that ALL DOORS ARE CLEAR before starting the train. Each operator also has access to a PA system for aiding passengers & issuing warnings. This operator (if you were paying attention to the video before showing everyone how ill-mannered & ignorant you are) was suspended for neglecting this simple procedure.... & actually, $50k/yr is a low estimate for workers in this job. I think we can expect more from them.

  • you can't go around saying the jobs that people use to provide food and shelter for themselves and their families could be done by an animal. you would not like it if I came to your job and disparaged you in such a negative and hurtful fashion.

  • and while I don't know the rules, regulations and equipment of the MBTA, I do know the rules, regulations and (some of the) equipment of NYC Transit because I AM A TRAIN OPERATOR, or "motorperson" as they call it in Boston. To deal with ignorance such as that, we don't get paid nearly enough, not to mention the people that want to be violent toward us.

  • that bag better have alot of money in it doing all this.

  • Hihihihihihi
