Well, very well done. Your analysis was correct, from what I could hear, and helpful, as I can't seem to find a translation to this -anywhere-. Anyway, as for your performance, there were a few obvious mess ups, but it's Brahms. Anyone who can perform Brahms perfectly is deserves even more props than your top notch accompanist. Make sure you check that diction, dearie! Doubled vowels in German sound like the second, not the first, so check that and lighten up, and this will be great for you. ^_^
Serenade The moon is above the mountain just right for people in love. In the garden tickles a fountain otherwise, silence is far and wide. By the wall, in the shadows, stand three students with flute and fiddle and zither, sing and playing to their singing. The sounds steal softly into the most beautiful girl's dream; she sees her blonde sweetheart and whispers "forget me not"
The accompanist gets definate props for doing such a well job!!
and the Singer did pretty damn well herself! Beautiful support when you weren't having troubles, but at some points it was strained. Work on slow full breathing so you can last through phrases with a push at the end. That would make you shine!!
Way too fast, I agree. And you should practice this more so you don't screw up Brahms. That's a crime against humanity! You say the wrong words at times. And what's with all the sliding? Too much!

And props to your accompanist for figuring out where you're at when you're screwing up Brahms.

Way too fast! Jesus its a romatic lieder! Not a bad voice though, bit too heavy in the lower register.

Correction. It's a "romantic" (spelling) "lied". The plural of that word is lieder, but in the singular form, it's lied.
