I don't know -- no mention of foundation, plumbing, wiring, pest damage repairs or bringing up to code. "Pretty" doesn't mean much if the foundation is damaged. "Cute" doesn't mean anything if the basement is going to hold water or has mold issues. That bad concrete step is an accident waiting to happen. I wouldn't trust it without a thorough inspection...maybe two. I think the only thing I've learned from this is to be extremely dubious about this sort of flip activity.
Also, at the end of the video - the porch steps look like they are chunking off; the foundation either needs some serious waterproofing or painting; that overhang is just God awful. Old clotheslines should have been removed, grass at least mowed, etc.
That basement still looks nasty - no mention of if the basement was water-proofed in the bedroom area; or if it was treated for termites in the entire house, etc. Hard to sell empty - needs serious staging.
Well done remodel but I have to say...if I saw the youtube video first, I'd be far too creeped out to ever rent the place. You can get the dirt out, but the bad vibes aren't going anywhere.
...hopefully the next occupants will be "just a tad" more clean than the last ones...
