Yea your irons are a little outdated but as long as you play good it doesnt matter. I got the same driver and i do ok with it but id rather hit my 4 wood or 3 iron off the tee since I have the distance.

i agree with upgrading putters because thats is exactly what i am doing. i mean you take more putts on than course than any other club. But bags dont matter i mean they dont help your game or hinder it any unless the straps hurt. the bag i started out with was my grandfathers and it had one strap on it so i upgraded to an ogio shling. they are nice and not hard on your back.
