I still remembers serials on DD likes of KACHCHI DHOOP, KIRDAAR, IDHAR UDHAR, Malgudi Days,HELLO ZINDAGI, TALAASH, IMTIHAAN, HUM LOG

KHANDAN and many more I grow up wathing the quality serials not like today crap from Ekta Kapoor, I guess she should hanged for bringing obscenity to Indian TV.

Wow! bring back golden days of my childhood. I watch the serial to listen to this song. What kind of quality serials DD used to make, what a great actor Pankaj Kapoor in this serial.

Dont know but its sad that Paradise lost, never get to see serials where the entire family used to sit together and watch without any vulgar talks, scene and saas bhau bullshit.

The instant this crappy cable came into our life that's where end of golden era start and Ekta kapoor start her bullshit.

ohhhh myyyy godddd, no one has commented on this song....this song brings like fuckin million memories...Doordarshan.. i remember how the serial starts...there's camera going around the "neem ped" while the song's played in the background....i think the serial was about village and panchayat...i'm a tibetan but i can speak hindi and this song brings chills...thankx for the glimpse of old days...thank you.....awazon ke bazaron mein, khamoshi pecha'ne kaun...wawawaw..kasam shayari ki

Yes Tenzing this is the most amazing ghazal ever made. Every word is a story in itself. BTW this is from the DD serial "Neem Ka Ped". The lead role was played by Pankaj Kapoor in this serial.Makes me cry every time I hear this Ghazal. "Liken jab hum mil jaate hain kho jaata hai jane kaun"
