  • good job! its nice to see the naturally gaited horses move without having been "tampered" with.

  • Wow, he is so incredibly smooth. Gorgeous!

  • Indigo is so beautiful!

  • Hey i wuz jw, but does ur horse do good in the wonder bit, bc i have a gaited horse, whos really fast, and has to be on tight reins, but i wuz jw if it works good.

  • Yes, it works extremely well. I use it on all my horses, but it's also b/c I have lots of experience with it & understand how it works. If you are having to hold your gaited horse tight on the reins, then he needs some basic training to teach him how to soften. He will ride much better with a smoother and safer ride. A Wonder bit or plain snaffle will help him a lot. I suggest watching Clinton Anderson's gaited horse DVDs for how to work with gaited horses to get them to learn to soften.

  • Ok, THank You!! I have a snaffle, which im going to use Saturday, and if that dosnt work, then im going to try the Wonder Bit!!

  • You're welcome--good luck!

  • Thanks, also Congratulations, on 1st place!!
