This isn't fake at all, you can see a female face above the mentioned design on the door right before the door opens, and you can also take out a human form of it as well, the pantry was recorded from both angles and there's no way that someone could open a door and then climb that quickly on the shelves

That "face" that appears just before the door opens happens in all 3 videos.

I watched the full thing, read the description and someones comment that mentioned the face between the gaps of the flower pot design on the door at 1:07-1:11, then watched it again, only that time i paused it and manually went from 1:07-1:11 looking in that spot, and sure enough i saw it.
