@ARCblooper What are you taking about? that figure is not a picture of master chief, he's not in the game and that Spartan is ranking Spartan officer named only by his serial number - "42" he is certainly not the chief and is frequently in that toy line. By the way its not a rocket launcher warthog, theres only a warthog with gauss cannon and a warthog with a m41 light anti-aircraft gun which are both in the mega bloks line (the original and new coming line as are the ODST drop pods.

@ARCblooper She didn't know what she was taking about, she called halo "the world" and also presented a green magnetic Spartan with the chest unit on backwards, which by the way is not master chief. The ODST pods and the m41 warthog are both in the halo wars, I know, I do have it and those are exact replicas from the game. However I do agree with you about the mongoose, there isnt one in the game but for some reason they made one regardless, maybe they are expanding the range beyond that game.

@Cybermrchew Yes, it is NOT Master Chief. She called him that incorrectly however. There WERE ODST drop pods in Halo Wars, Just they are the Halo 2 style ones. The ones MEGA are coming out with are the HALO 3: ODST style ones, and with colored troopers too, meaning obviously they are trying to make the like the squad in ODST, which they can't legally. Where is the Rocket Hog in Halo Wars? I have the game too.

@ARCblooper Firstly the ODST squads in halo wars are coloured differently to one another (armour detail), the pods open basically the same in all games any way, and you never see the wreckage of them in halo wars, so the way the pod opens is irrelevant as you dont see them opening, only when landing. Also there isnt a rocket hog, only chain gun and gauss versions, both being in the game (when upgraded) from the first mission. By the way they have bought the rights to make halo, so it is legal.

And no, they can't make them legally because Bungie and Microsoft split up. Microsoft made Halo Wars. Halo Wars is the only game MEGA currently has the rights to, and therefore they can't legally make sets based on any other Halo game but Halo Wars.

@ARCblooper They have bought the rights to produce these figures from both parties, thats why they are able to produce both halo 3 and halo wars sets legally other wise they would have faced the consequences of breaching copyright by now, the halo franchise is a multi million pound industry, they wouldn't let anyone reproduce their items without their consent. Megabloks have had to purchase the rights from both parties in order to produce the sets for which they have done.
