It only looks like a puppet because when hit by high speeds your body, even with bones are best described like "wet noodles" which you can clearly see here. It also looks fake because normaly people do not witness humans ebing hit at high speeds...so it looks unreal

When you have a full faced helmet on you can't see to the side unless you turn your head. Also the guy on the scooter probably scan the left and right side before he cross then focus on the other side of the street. The guy on scooter did not even see it coming
If he didn't die from internal bleeding it's a guaranteed left leg/hip shattered, concussion, broken ribs, etc. He only did a 1080, so I suppose it makes Tony Hawks 900 (half a spin less) seem pretty impressive! Kinda mean to make a joke there, but I had to :P
