The Problem is that the goverment doesnt care at all!Those 3 man are black paramedics going to work everyday which to equiment and still doing they job!But the goverment laughs at them!
Their supervisors, line managers and department heads (who are all to blame for this state of affairs) are more than likely just affirmative action figure heads! They are probably just concerned about getting their fat pay cheques at the end of each month, whilst doing absolutely nothing to earn them! This type of 'management' is the future of South Africa and just another day in Zimbabwe!
This is typical of the mismanagement of the SA government. The eastern cape health department returned hundreds of millions of rands in unspent budget to the treasury last year. Thats could have provided all these places with all the equipment they needed.
you have the rich ambulance service and then you have this rubbish for the rest of south affrica.. no discrimination... yeh right

it will take time for the ambulance services in south africa to get to a great responce time but hopefully it will get there in a few years
