Gah, you're right where I want to be!!! I was about 230 in high school, now I'm a sophomore in college and about 200. I just need to lose that last 20-25 pounds!!!! Congrats on your weightloss!!
Have you tried a fitness program in addition to your running? I went from 185-156 in 3 months using beachbody, muscle burns fat. You should check out my video!
OMGosh our startin weights nd mini goals are so similar only off by 10lbs of each.... I'm starting at around 220lbs and would love to get to around 170lbs . This was def an added push! Congrats! I know if feels great to have accomplished a 50lbs loss!!!! Any secrets? Lols. GL for the rest! :)
@ThickkBeautyy well for me all i did was run run run! You'll loose the baby/water weight nice and fast like i did. I know you may see the word "run" and cringe but trust me, it gets way better!! i would put on some music with a nice beat and keep a steady pace. Just take it a step at a time and watch what you're eating, remember its a lifestyle not a diet(= I wish you all of the luck in the world!!
I can't lie I do see the word "run" & damn near have a hot flash! Lmaooo. I'm soo not a runner; it def takes A LOT out of you when you're heavier! It def does for me! But, you're one of few ppl that have told me the weight loss perks of running so maybe its a sign that I need to try & start.. I usu take the classes which I really love (being as I used to be a dancer) & I do the elliptical. It pays off but takes a lil longer I think.
@ThickkBeautyy Ughhh girl i know the hot flash feeling.. story of my lifee! just start slow and add on, if you have the determination anything is possible! Ohh and water, water should be your best friend!
As for the classes yes!! i love them as well, and i too, used to dance! haha Just do what you can to keep it busy and stay motivated. This may sound really lame but my motivation came from watching that show "I Used to Be Fat" on MTV. i know cheesy, but maybe you should check it out online?
@ThatNiggAmanda I used to LOVE that show!! Hahahah! It is motivating though. I wanted to be on that show but I don't know if I'd wanna broadcast my weight and struggles to the world. lolss. But yeah I got loads of determination to do this, esp this time around! & As for the water thats the best part of working out it increases the desire for water. awesomeness! Are you gonna be updating your journey on YT? FYI- 150 is my ultimate goal too. ;)

I've owned a treadmill for about 3 years- used it about 3 times..DAMN SHAME!!! BUT....there's hope for me yet. I did also used to be a dancer until I was 13. Had 2 kids, got a man, got lazy. I'm ready to change though. I think to do video blogs will be helpful so, you guys... subscribe to my channel. Coming Soon!
