Dude hardcore is so much more hard. Everybody here knows it. If you "die from wet socks tossed at you" than you are really brave to go in with a shotgun when assault rifles are out there. Cool video dude. I use the spaz but you make me want to model again :)

@MasterFProductions I'm inclined to agree with you actually. The 30 levels I got for my model 1887 in Normal mode took blood, sweat and tears. I'm certain it would have been far easier had I started off in 'hardcore' mode.

@flprclan its not cheating. Its actually more realistic. All of your hid is taken away which would be real and one shot shotgun blast kills in real life. Other guns 2 bullets to the chest are sufficient

You got me into the model 1887! I've been using the model 1887 in the last 3 days in hardcore and it's amazing. Almost got the gold already. Its the fastest weapon I've leveled up which is really weird since it doesnt have challenges!

True i am playing with headphones i can hear people running on plank, grass, snow, metal(rail) etc but cant really tell the direction. I am playing KC mostly and dom(since there is no hq on hc) i highly recommend having extreme con for s&d though being ae to flank the enemy is priceless. Again thanks for the vid and tips.

Finally a guy who understands and uses shotguns in this game like I do. but got a question: which perks and killstreak package you recommend? I'm currently running on support with uav-vest and leaving the 3rd one empty for HC cause if you have a vest on HC you get +30 hp and its improves your survivability by a huge margin. or if I really want to dominate I go 1) Extreme con 2) hardline 3) deadsilence with specialist 1)assassin 3) blast shield 5) sleight of hand with semtex and flash. @SupmanSups That depends what game modes you play or how good you are. I play Kconfirm so i use assault but stay away from using choppers as they just get shot down. Care packages in mw3 produce alot better stuff than in BO so i use uav, care, predator. I did try using specialist so i can combine dead silence and sit rep pro but the footsteps directs are too random on mw3 compared to BO

I'd suggest going with range since as the video says if you ADS you can get 1 shot kills at extreme ranges(for a shotgun of course =) ) me and a friend tried damage vs range at a private session in a normal game and damage only proves itself worthy if you miss the target by a bit like aiming a little away from the target itself so lets say half your pellets hits the leg of your target: with range he kills you, with damage you kill him. so basically if you got good accuracy go range

@bonerman66 yes id go with range otherwise with damage on core its only very close up you'll get kills, with range you'll kill them with one shot if you ADS....on core though you should not hip fire as you'll be dead by the time you get the needed 2nd/3rd shot off with the model. Hip firing on core is for the striker/spas
