Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got detailed 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
hey man nice work you have a good looking body but i just wanted to say that you might wanna hit your shoulders litle harder,if they get good your whole body will look just perfect! keep up the good work cheers! ;)
I liked your tip about drinking water at the end. Not many consistently hydrate during workout. This is possibly one of the best ways to keep the energy up during workout. Thanks for the tips daredevildom.
yoo dom ur a muthafukin savage!! see thats some argos tings hes using and hes fuckin wedge!! u dun need too expensive fake bullshit!! loving ur vids badman
This shit works. I've been doing hard bodyweight training every other day (with weighted backpack for the easier exercises) and it gets you real strong.
@92benno92 good question. I eat like a bodybuilder because my physique is important to me!! I want to have athletic ability, but sometimes people pay much attention to their ability and forget that physical appearance has its own path too... training for skill and and training for muscular development are two very different things, but they can be combined together for some interesting results!!! Also training in a circuit fashion will help to burn fat FAST while maintaining muscle mass!!!
Gosh you're very beautiful. That aside, I'm interested in how your approach coincides with McGuff's new book, Body By Science, as I'm writing a programme which also focuses on maximum intensity with minimum workout times. I'd love to have your opinion! Cheers
its amazing to watch you work your abs and see the definition of your abs but also how your NAVEL pushes out so far as you strain your abs. What causes your NAVEL to push out that way?
@emin257 witch hand do you write with? If it is right, that means your right arm is bigger then the other.
And its not hurts the amount of pain with left, but it is some positiv when it hurts.
Hurting means that you musels is in process to build musels you workt out, (Your blood will go inside the musisle and build/reap your musels, then the blood will become musels.)
I know this is totally off topic and probably lame but here goes: I see u mention that ur a chef. Can u provide a few simple dishes that require minimal preparation time that will can turn any macaroni & cheese eating schmuck like me into a James Beard? I figure if ur freely posting videos to help folks out then it didn't seem crazy to take advantage of your help in other venues. ANY meat or veggie dishes are fine. Appetizers too. I want to impress my wife. TY.
Great tips, been searching for something to replace hanging leg-raises since I can't do them straight. And also, where did you buy your watch? Killer keep it up!
Lets be honest here. That physique probably takes hours a day for 4 to 6 days a week, and a strict diet. How about some hard figures. How many days a week do you work out? For how long? Do you alternate exercises to avoid hitting plateaus? Do you do a lot of heavy lifting or do your routines focus on being able to support your own body weight (like a gymnast)? Is your diet focused on protein only? Genetics also comes into play. Have you always been athletic or were you thin or husky before this?
i saw it on the web (trainersplanet) and was wondering if it's worth buying.
it supposedly tells you everything about nutrition and dieting that no other books have, like all the stuff you really need to know (how to formulate diet plans for each individual to burn fat AND grow, etc).
a body building friend recommended it as a must read.
@Lewis1985 at the moment im training 4 days per week, full body workouts for 45 mins, 2 days train 1 day break, thats my personal routine i suggest you check my blog for tips on training and creating your own workout from home, its free visis the link at the top of the page
@daredevildom Thanks. Hopefully you keep adding to your blog. How come on your blog you have a large amount of excercises using dumbells, yet in your videos it's almost all bodyweight excercises? And do you not take much rest between sets? I can't fit a full bw workout into 45 mins, unless youre not counting stretching and warmup in that.
@Lewis1985 to be honest the beauty of bodyweight workouts is that the rest periods are part of the workout and comprise of breathing techniques combined with stretching and drinking plenty of water. I can do a whole body workout for myself and push it to the limits in 30 minutes.
@Devilwili guys check out devilwilis profile, i have been training him and he has made amazing improvements in his physique as well as strength and power! check it out!
@torino80muscle no problem man! thanks for watching! did you get a chance to check out my blog?? there are some realy good articles i have written im sure you will find useful
ahaaaaaa ..looool nice idea!!!! good for those who cannot do leg rises with legs locked out ! ..the best workout idea I've ever seen on "amateur" bodybuilder account ! I'll try it soon ..thanx !
@OnnomonnomonnO thanks a lot man, the weights belt is very usfull and easy to use, you can even add ass little as 1kg or up to 100kg!! circuit training is also a good way to keep the fat away and stay lean all year round! I mean who wants to spend 9 months of the year covering their body up because of a few extra pounds of fat???
Good practical advice for more advanced training. Dominique, you are an excellent example of regular resistance exercise. Not an ounce of fat on your nicely muscled physique. When are we going to see you do more "flying push ups"; I still can't get over how you are able to do those amazing strength moves!
I hurt my back several years ago so its hard for me to do exercises that require lifting and stretching, I was wondering how I could go about doing your exercises without hurting myself*lol*. By the way, you have amazing abs!.
@damuslvr the number 1 rule i follow is to be consistent! and consistent means to change things up consistently! never become stuck on 1 workout and attempt new and herder things all the time! this will guarantee that you continue to improve in strength and size!
That thing with the beltweight for abs, never seen it before, nice idea.

You can call this home fitness if you have weights, a dip bar and a weight belt.
How do you get such low bodyfat and keep that lean mass?

You could also just increase intensity of the knee raises by raising your whole leg instead of just the knees.
