@MasterJediKristian Close Itunes, Turn OFF ipod ,RESTART PC/Mac.open itunes again.

Turn ipod back on worked for me.

@ShaeNassri i have had that prob before your computer is not detecting your iphone,

usually means what damage where you connect the cable. i had to replace my iphone do to it.

@carl1234514 there could be a number if issues the most likely is the apps are not on the computer but iTunes thinks they are. or you could try reinstalling iTunes and keep the apps folder. if anyone has anymore questions please PM, also you can PM if you want a different tutorial i am taking request's

@RayingRaii you have to back up first, when ever you connect your iphone/ipod it should sync right away and back up and then load everything on

My application page doesn't let me click anything, it's like it's frozen...and the apps don't download on my iPhone even though it's selected as 'automatic'... I even tried the turn it off turn it on, have the current iTunes and still not working?

@heysyahir90 i figured out that problem, go to Store and first spot of 4th tag, i dont know what there read with your language but mine is valtuuta tietokone so there is supposed to read something about your computer :S sorry but thats all i can help. But if you need details i can put screen shot to internet where to click.
