Everyone has an opportunity for a scholarship, in this case these students who happened to be illegal immigrants out performed the U.S. citizen students. So ultimately, this scholarship was earned and deserved. Denying this scholarship to them is unethical and envious.

Actually they are receiving financial aid for getting passing grades. I have a 3.8 gpa and will be graduating top of my class in a year and i don't receive any aid. I know illegals who get everything paid for by financial aid just because they keep a 2.0.

If you look into it illegals achieve lower grades. Their parents just don't file an income tax return so they get the max financial aid.

Any 'migrant' worker with a work visa needs not pay income taxes for 5 years, at the end of 5 years they 'lose' their visa, get deported, visit family, get a new visa with a new name and repeat, sending all of their money back to mexico.

To say that illegals don't pay taxes is absurd. 1. Most of them work with a fake social security number.2. All emplorers take out tax on them using that number. 3. So now they have paid taxes, they cannot file a federal or state income tax.
