  • How many times did you fill the jars of water.

  • hey man great job

  • Test your Favorite HHO machine if effective or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your HHO machine. Check the RPM goes up to 1600 or more, it is GOOD. If RPM goes down or the same, your HHO machine is ineffective, useless, and waste of time, effort and money. Any seller will pass this test, BUY their HHO machine. (Forget the driving around wasting more gas, or read On Board Computer Instant MPG).

  • Good, I like that you share this video, I wish success always the conclusion of a 3 part video in which a vw bug's mileage gives difinitve proof of hho gas viability

  • Oregon has the same law the requires gas attendants to pump gas for you.

  • please tell me how you conect the stainless steel plates .tnx

  • Im wanting to install an hho generator to help improve my gas millage as well. I have heard you have to retard the timing to keep the car running properly did you need to retard your timing please respond and thank you

  • It does work and the people need to know this !

    good work

  • this guy is fawking up a perfect vw bug. idiots

  • At best all hes doing is taking the extra battery's power to help power the car! The battery has to be charged--hes putting less extra power into the car than the charge, because nothing is 100% efficient. The bat charging costs money. He has paid for bat, materials, time, mess, etc, etc, etc. Also, as time goes by he has noticed that his estimate of gas savings is hugely exaggerated. He gained a hobby and a lesson. He has gained nothing monetarily.

  • You really don't need a battery to make hydrogen. If you have a scrap magnesium engine block lying around, cut a chunk off of it (keep sparks away from it as it is highly combustible and put that piece of mag with some vinegar. It will make quite a bit of hydrogen. I found this out when somebody on the Samba tried to clean a block with vinegar. Destroyed the block though.

  • on the generater do i have to have the tube going all the way down the hho gas or in my case can it just be a hole on top with the hose leading off to the bubbler?

im trying to get this down i want 35-44 mpg so bad

i drive a 86 subaru so it sould be easy

  • wow nice, such an inspiration, tnx u!!!

  • MIKEY MOUSE CLUB!

  • How do you keep the hydrogen from back fire?

  • The best part is since your bug is carburated I imagine you can actually lean it out because its burning part hydrogen

  • love the song... kinda has that ... i'm breaking the law kinda feel to it..

  • cool vid, im building one for my 98 isuzu hombre, hopefully itll save me a few dollars and i wont have to pay the greedy gas companys any money

  • petrols over £1.40 in england per liter, im gonna have to try this.

  • I like the idea of charging the battery up with solar cell technology. However, the sun doesn't shine at night time. That would be the perfect time to use the radio waves energy capture using diodes technology at nights for a trickle type charge of that same battery. Too bad we couldn't capture the manpower from bike riding exercise equipment as well. Battery dead? Hop onto a exercise bike with a generator, charge the battery and stay fit at the same time...

  • i dont see how that proved anything, if you know your mpg, then what is it using the cell? you seem to be doing things the hard way to calculate things. I will check out your other vids and i hope it is working. Honestly i dont see why a few would lie but i understand the people selling them would have reason to. Im tired of the wondering so im building my own but need a good cell design, the rest is no biggy.

  • All these hydrogen generator add ons work by leaning out the fuel mixture. There were similar devices in the 60s that were attached to the vacuum line. When the vacuum decreased,(not increase at idle), they allowed air to enter. Cars of that era came extra rich from the factory anyway so you could easly get better mpg.

  • this is BULL SHIT a carburetor gives the same amount all the time it is DUMB system that works off vacuum not like fuel injection where it is measured there fore you CANNOT SAVE GAS in a this vehicle unless you lean out the needles witch would overheat the motor. POINT 2 the bug should get around 40 45 mph to begin with STOCK it all depends on how you drive. POINT 3 you have to retard the timing to get any real benefits from hho as it is a hotter burning fuel source check out myth busters HH0

  • @LOCKMANDALLAS HAHAHA myth busters used a very specific system, they didnt prove anything about other HHO designs......I own a bug and installed my own.....but I never claimed gas savings....but what does happen is a happy marriage between gasoline and browns gas on a carb....no computer to off set any mixtures.....and yes when at HIGHER RPMS you DO NOTICE A NITROUS TURBO LIKE EFFECT.....I use that loosely, non the less SOMETHIN HAPPENS, n it aint ur motor blowin up

  • @LOCKMANDALLAS MAN R U ONE O THOSE PEOPLE WHEN TOLD BY SCIENTIST BACK IN THE DAY THE EARTH WAS SQUARE YOU RAN AROUND LAUGHING AT ALL THE ONES THAT THOUGHT IT WAS ROUND......as the old saying goes DONT KNOCK TILL YOU TRY IT

  • @LOCKMANDALLAS what? no, theoretically it would work on unmodified fuel injected system too. ill simplify this for you, you would have to 'press' the gas petal less to achieve the rpm desired to reach the speed you desire, lowing the amount of fuel needed. if all you did in your car is idle, then no, this would only increase rpm's and temp, and in this situation, it would fail, but idleing isn't what cars are for, now is it? leaning the mixture would also add more efficiently tho as well.

  • Cool. You almost doubled your gas mileage? The older V Dubs only got about 20 mpg, didn't they?

  • Love the sound track, takes me back to the days of 29.9 per gallon and those wonderful old VW commercials. Good work on the video. Glad there are options on working gas savers.

  • Just admit it, your cooking Meth aren't you.

  • Mas que gambiarra

  • Introducing the gas mixture ABOVE the throttle plate won't accomplish as much as introducing it BELOW the carburetor, which is why others are hooking it into the PCV hose which takes in the gas mixture BELOW the carburetor. Doing it that way makes sure ALL the gas produced is used, reduces manifold vacuum and thereby allows the carburetor to reduce the amount of gasoline used since the airflow through the carburetor is reduced.

  • If you believe it works then fine, but it doesn't really. You and others make one big mistake - you do not have anything like a dynamic control to reduce petrol input to the engine in proportion to gas injection. You are still using the same amount of petrol. You and others look so stupid with you tests full of errors and variables. Not one person selling a kit can show any benefits under lab conditions, that says it all. A lot sell kits and are youtube partners, so con people to watch!

  • @urbex2007 read my posting to Mikeyz75 for your answer!

  • very little info

  • @SpeedMetal4635 watch all the vids!

  • first ,why didn't you take the mileage at the pump ? 2nd why don't you use the 6 v system ?

  • There's no solar power involved here. There is extra electrical power running around in your car that is used in the hydrogen mix. My question is if it slows the recharge of your car battery? Secondly, can you increase the pressure or compression ratio for more power instead of more efficiency? To clarify to others, H2 will burn in any O2 environment. It will only burn if there is O2, and by how much O2 is around. Thankfully in water there is an O2 molecule for every needed H2 molecule.

  • Ah, so you used solar energy for generation of the hydrogen. That's fine. Why didn't you mention that in the video? People could think you are braking the laws of physics...

  • @misium noooo, I used solar power to charge a 12 volt battery! The battey in turn provided the voltage to stimulate/crack the water and reduce it to its basic elements!

  • @capetide use the solar panel to charge your cars battery instead of the hydrogen generator. I'm guessing it would improve your mileage even more than the device does by reducing strain on your alternator which would reduce load on the engine. worth a shot.

  • @capetide and how much energy went into mining the materials for the battery, the oil for its plastic casing, the food for the humans that made the various parts, etc? ignoring the fact your hydrogen bubbler probably doesn't work like shown.

  • @capetide Maybe you could just solar charge your car battery and not have a alternator that would probably give you a better saving. Put a larger solar charger on the roof which will charge the car all the time. No need for the HHO that way and there will be less loss in the system through energy converson.

  • As i can see , the fuel gauge is almost in full place , so the engine can work for a long time .

  • dude i want your bug so bad *drools*

  • is that the original clutch? LOL

  • Hey I was wondering how many amps your cells use and how many liters per minute you get out of them.

  • I'm all for HHO and the green future but this way of using electrolysis and its products is totally UNSAFE! You are at true risk of fire and/or explosion. You will regret having saved a few bucks for the gas and not having invested them on more secure control system for that trap of yours. At least provide yourself with safe pressure handling and explosion-proof materials let alone safety venting; you are dealing with hydrogen for God's sake ... remember what it can do? Hiroshima?

    Good luck

  • @andreaacme do a similar setup like he did but dont put it in your car. take a lighter and light the h2 gas. you will find out that its not enough to actually produce a large enough explosion because as soon as you put the lighter to the nozzle it wouldnt flame up because there isnt any o2 gas in it its just theoretically pure h2 gas. h2 gas wont ignight unless there is a specific ratio of air to h2 gas so it wouldnt be a problem thats why he did it. ofcourse on a larger scale " pressure h2, yes

  • @fatqwert200 when you separate H2 from O, you still have oxygen, and so it makes a perfect ratio for an explosion, and explodes very easily. i did this a few days ago, and put some soap in with the generator. the explosion from a few bubbles was bigger than an M80.

  • @andreaacme Hiroshima was an atomic explosion, not basic chemical electrolysis. We SPLIT A HYDROGEN ATOMS, not separated them from oxygen with electrolysis, and recombined them with combustion. Nuclear fission reaction.

  • @theceterus I can't believe that I am actually replying to this but here goes: I said Hindenburg, not Hiroshima!!

  • @andreaacme

True, nobody I see on any of these videos use a spark arrestor between the electrolysis device and the engine, something like you'd find in gas torches for welders. One fiery backfire through a carburetor due to open intake valve, or improper ignition timing and that hydrogen generator with the oxygen and hydrogen mixed will explode. Why aren't they gathering gases from each electrode separately? Safest would be to exhaust the oxygen, use just the hydrogen. Look at "salt bridge"

  • I got 34 MPG HWY on a 2009 Town and Country mini van . It does work, however the PVC I was useing started melting and cell started to leak . Looking foward to round 2.

  • someone get this guy laid!!!!!

  • How often or do you have to refill the hydrogen generator with water? And would sea/ocean water be a good hydrogen solution?

  • nice science project

  • i put it on my 2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7liter. didnt work in fact I lOST milage..anybody know why? now im puttin it on my 2007 suzuki sv650.lets c if it will work on a motorcycle>>

  • if it was on a 12v system with the alternator it would build up MUCH more hho due to the higher amps and 13-14v charging system.

  • I'm Australian. That different system is M.P.G., here culture is Litre in per 100km. I calculated is 6.32L per 100km, its amazing that more save fuel! Great hear that.

  • Ouch, $3.97 a gallon!

  • yes it works on diesel engines if it not why are they installing it on diesel trucks and tracktors. i think it works better on diesel than gas engine.

  • capetide - youre wrong about the diesel, HHO does work on diesel engines, only problem is with hydrogen having very high octane rating(130 RON ) so it dont want to ignite spontaneously, to solve this issue you have to inject a bit of diesel into the mixture called PILOT INJECTION.

  • I've heard of this technology before but it's nice to see it in action, great job

  • Cool. Why use a battery though, when you can just come right off the alternator!

  • Because in the previous video he said that car's factory system is a 6 volt system. So he needed to add his own seperate 12 volt battery for the generator. You wouldn't have to do this with a normal 12 volt car.

  • Ahh, I see. rock on.

  • OK so how often did you charge the battery?

Seems to me if you use the house electricty

to charge it . you would get more mileage.

but you are not adding the cost of the electricty. Just the same if gasolene gets scarse it still might be a good idea.

what about two batteries in series for 24 volts and more output?

or 36 or 48 volts.while it is runing you should be able to lean the engine more than it is now..

seriously... and get much better mileage.

    thanks for the video.

  • Hi Jo, and thanks for your interest. Sorry about the delay getting back to you, we were away on vaca.

Im my video I eluded to a solar device on the 'bugs' roof that I use to recharge the battery. Where I work has perfect southern exposure, so I connect the solar panel (about 18" square) and it 'tops off' the battery thru out the day. As for hooking up several batteries in series, this I still have to try. I originally bought the bug to make a evcar (elec) but just love the old engines too much

  • @capetide HHO is a hoax. Sure it burns and can be injected into your air intake, but the gain of energy is not taking place. Anyone who got a primer in physics in elementary school knows why. If you really want to harness some real power that is lost in the combustion engine, try to harness the heat that any motor generates. HHO is a hype that has nothing to do with saving gas mileage. Pseudoscience.

  • @mikeyz75 why dont you hook your car up and get back to us on the hoax and not sound pseudo yourself. hydrogen burns stronger than petrol it can burn through a bricj in seconds when used as a cutting torch. look it up. acetelene cutters cant come close. so how is it pseudo science if hydrogen puts out more power than petrol. people like you are so furstrating.

  • @mikeyz75 Well no hho is the real deal at low cost. and the whole reason that I did the vid in the first place. I am a mechanic and used a simple engine that is nothing more than a internal combustion engine and a carb. No extra fuel injection or o2 sensors, just an intake manifold with a lean/rich adj. What I did was to lean out the engine, once the hho line was in place, this brought down my rpm and caused my engine to run on 20% less fuel.thus the savings! dont believe, try it yourself!

  • @josephdupont the fact is,, the vehicle's alternator is more then capable of charging the battery...if its not you simple replace it with a marine grade alternator. Mine runs at 12volts at 4 amps.. 12v car battery = 12v... not 24 or 48 unless you want a car full of batterys that the alternator cant possible charge, you might as well get an electric car :-o

  • is that Glass

  • Yes, they are 'ball' jars used for canning and preserving/hhoing!

  • NICE!!! ... Very Nice!!!

  • another example that HHO works!

I wish i could affor to buy one good unit and put it in my old diesel car.

  • You can build your own for around $100 or less depending on the materials available to you.

  • no you cant, ill pay you to put on on my car!!! ill give you money to do it, message me on u-tube

  • Hi JC, it is easy to do and the 'generator' is just made from stainless steel wall or switch plates. Use a 'ball' jar and nylon or plastic washers in between the plates to insulate from each other. By drilling the holes thru the wall plates @ different sizes you can alternate them and hook them up for two differint poles (pos. and neg.) It is very safe, just make sure both poles are insulated well from each other. Having an old car as the bug makes it doubly easy, cause there are not Mapp sensr

  • Wait wait wait - Do HHO systems work on Diesel motors??

  • Unfortuneately no. You see, deisel power is derived from compressing a low volitile fuel @ a high compression rate with no spark to cause an explosion in the cylinder. If you were to introduce a VOLATILE fuel, such as gas or HHO you would blow the heads clean off the engine, if it DID ignite! (again, there is no spark to ignite the mixture, just a glow- plug for cold temps!!)

  • That is exactly what I thought. However, notice above the brief conversation between gdjohny and warjon... It almost seems like warjon is giving gdjohny the go-ahead to put an HHO system on his diesel!

Any word on HHO only vehicles?

  • @capetide

wow i didnt know that, i really expe\cted them to work on diesel.

im going to change my car this years so its one fact i really have to remember!! alot of euro cars have had sensors around the cat going to the electric brain/timing to check flow of fuel to gas exiting so in anycase the hho cell wouldnt work . so get your selves a manual ignition people !

  • it works on my friends diesel car with 50% saving.

  • @ralekriver run your diesel on Algae

  • @ralekriver at the extremly low levels the HHO is introduced to the engine, even if preignition was to happen, there wouldn't be enough energy to detonate the fuel... and if it did, you would get a knock.

diesel heads don't fly off due to preignition, lol

  • Great soundtrack for the video. Great series overall. I am quite certain that you can improve your efficiency to gain 50-100% on the bug by tweaking the cell a bit. KOH @ 12-15A will change those numbers a bit.

    Good job on the videos.
