in what world is shooting 20 yards a challenge? i shoot my homemade recurve better at 20 than these compounds with their stabilizers and shit.

@DaSilvaOutDoors Make a video of you doing it... The challenge of shooting 20 yards is seeing who can be more consistent with there shooting basically. Its a real challenge because if you even mess up by just a hair you could lose.. Think before you speak please and thank you.

it just goes to show that people run their mouth when something isn't as good as they like, even though, accuracy is far more improved with a compound, i give every high level archer props, whether compound or recurce, but people who run their mouth saying they're not impressed by shooting 20 yards and hitting a dime peice just flat out piss me off.

@dyland720 i am not impressed. i can robin hood all day long at 30 yards. i am sick of wasting $40 dollars everytime i do it though. I shoot both Recurve and Compound. My compound does not have a stabilizer as long as these tacos. I can hit targets better and further out and OUTDOORS WITH WIND. THIS IS EASY! VERY EASY!

That doesn't look far at all for a compound bow. I've seen reguler guys shoot just as good at a local range. (Without all the silly equiptment on the bow)

It's harder to make the USA world indoor team than to win the world championships. The depth of field is much stronger in compound in the USA than any other country.

@bmook019 I am sure people like Martin Damsbo, Liam Grimwood, Dietmar Trillus, Christopher Perkins, Sergio Pagni and many more beg to differ.I can guarantee there are many archers out from not only the USA that could kick your ass.

@Nott150 If you look at the professional shooters we have here and how many world events they have won no other country comes close. We also have really good archers shooting 3D professionally that are world class. We just have more shooters here.

@versionintegrale I don't think some exuberance for his own good performance is poor sportsmanship. Not in this case. He certainly didn't taunt or cheer when his competitor made a bad shot. He didn't seem to be bragging, just genuinely excited that he was performing well. I never thought a tennis player who pumped his fist after a hard-won point was a poor sport, just a guy expressing some natural emotion. I don't think you have to be a robot to be a gentleman.
