Why do idiots lie about their stats? As a 13 year old defensive end, I was 5' 9" and 140 lbs. I don't know what I could bench; never got to try. Or, if I want to fit in with most (but not all) people, I could say i'm 6' 6, 250 lbs. but I won't.

@4eyez14 you need to run every day, like not jogging but sprinting back and fourth. Stand on your toes in place and sit there for about 20 minutes, it builds your Caff mucels. Do that every day, I used to be slow as hell and now as a Wide Out I can keep up and run routes, They say speed is a gift and some times people are just fast but you can faster it just takes time. Trust me this works if you don't want to try it, it is fine by me.

@hoathton ok from experience of 4yrs of hs d end, i would have to say learn how to tackle and sprint short distances extremely fast. but besides that act like your gonna fucking kill your blocker, he will practical step aside for you, and learn how to use your hands,it doesnt matter if your short, you could smack a ball out the air easy with enough agility. when i played i was big and slow but i got the sack everytime, use blindsides to your advantage. practice with single sleds and heavy bags.
