@princesskathryn 28 Fair enough. Utada is a good example of that. She certainly had a large enough fan base. Yet that didn't help her any. Yet i feel she had some personal issues which got in the road. "This is the one" actually wasn't a bad album and she promoted that quite well. Of coarse now due to her falling out with Deaf Jam Records is taking a long deserved break. Long story on that whole issue. Labels are more at fault then the artists in many cases & respect her for standing her ground.

@BlazinNSoul not A fan. I read about these girls and gave it a shot. I just didn't see how it's worth to criticize them because of where they wanted to debut. Obviously, they know their audience, they got Snoop in their video don't they? They obviously know how to get attention. An asian girl band who was in late night shows and collaborated with a washed up producer who followed ur ideas of how to "make it" to a tee, didn't even reach the headlines like these girls.
