wrong it doesn't only make you play matches near your own country because I have this set to local only and I'm in the U.S and half the time I get matches with all European countries and a lot of Australian too

I thank you extremely a lot.. when i saw your vid, i changed my setting from default to local and when i played a game in local i was playing how i would normally play and winning gun battles like i should even with one bar... no slow downs or lag. in matter of fact i think i move faster too.. thanks alot and now i don't have to cus at my screen lol

Hi,

I'm Australian but I live in Malaysia and of course I have live. I've set the settings to 'locale only' quite some time ago though I'm still usually getting yellow (2 bar) connection. Any advice on how to solve this? And yes, although xbox live isn't 'official' in Malaysia, it still works and you'd think it'd connect to someone in Singapore.

My connection on Black Ops is hurrendous compared to what it was on MW2. I'm a fairly good player with a 2.28 K/D but I seem to be losing ALOT of gun fights to people I know I'm better than ; Even green badge >.< . I'm wondering if theres anyway to increase bandwith or ping?

U think dats bad I can only search for sabotage and all of barebones and I don't dam well like them they r crap all da other game modes say "found fifty matches" and yet sabotage and barebones say 18 or 15 and it will find a match. It is really bugging me I tried putting my search preferences on local it worked for about a day and that was that if any one could help it would b much aprecated
