  • Thanks.

  • Okay people, if you cant see your iphone appearing in the portable devices on 'my computer' probably because you have a security passcode in your phone! So you just have to turn off the passcode and you should be able to start importing photossss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I suddenly recalled something.

Are you all using iPhone 4?

It works for me maybe because I'm using iPhone 3Gs...

  • @pinkinblue i am using iphone 3g only.. well tnx for the reply..

  • @pinkinblue hey! im having some problems too.... when it says searching online for software it takes to long and in the end i just cancel it cuz its taking to long...

  • @mir534th

Sorry to hear that. I have another method you can try which works for me too.

Try going to your "Control Panel", look under "Hardware and Sound", then select "View devices and printers". You will see "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under the section "Unspecified". Now, right click on "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver", and select "Troubleshoot". After troubleshooting, no matter what it prompts, you, disconnect your iPhone and reconnect again. Hope this helps.
