I don't think we have the sushi train in Ontario, Canada. I'm so jealous. I love the ones with smoked eat and the other ones with crab, both with avocado, cucumber, and carrots, and of course their respective fish. Not sure what there're called but love them.

@StargateSG119931 There are sushi train resturants in Ontario, I know there are a couple in Toronto and the GTA and I'm assuming there would be some in Ottawa too. I've heard they're pretty pricy though, all you can eat sushi is much cheaper.

They charge you by the plate and if you noticed the plates were different colors thus different prices. I love the sushi train but my family moved from where there was one. So mad!

Dumb question: how do they keep track and charge you correctly for the sushi that you pick up? I love sushi and wish that I had a Sushi Train here in Wisconsin, but we barely have sushi at all!

@mythgard There's one in Appleton, if thats anywhere close to where you live, it just opened recently. The way they keep track of the cost is the color of the plate, each plate has a specific amount and then they just count the plates at the end.

I not a fan of sashimis and nigiris. First, I am not a fan of seafood. Second, I can't really eat raw fish. Something about the texture; I literally can't swallow them. I only eat the egg ones. lol

I do love sushi rolls though. Especially, veggie sushi rolls. I love it. I'm not a vegetarian but I love vegetarian foods.
