  • Bush is by far one of the most hidden jewels in the history of alternative rock bands. sadly, also one of the most unappreciated and hated .. anyways, I can still feel the heat from their "Warm Machine"

  • @gregamajster hated? im pretty sure, beaver Nsync and back street are the most hated, Bush is beast in fame

  • Papacito...

  • Incredible! that song is one of their best, highly underrated, and they are an amazing band, my favorite! :)

  • I like second guitarist doing the harmony, the lower notes on the chorus. Gives the vocals a fuller, more well-rounded sound.

  • did crowd surfing on that huuuuuge crowd!!! :)

  • we play grunge acoustic. i know nobody cares :)

  • Love that one!! they are one of my favorites band ever!!

  • I was there...and I cried. Amazing.

  • It's really just an amazing song and album. They don't get enough credit for their later work.

  • Good Lord, they were so fucking amazing!!

  • love this song!!

  • es alex band?? sierto????

  • @mesdesuerte no

  • Oh Gavin! LOVE Bush! This is my all time favorite song ever!

  • Don't know why, but when I first heard this I got a mental picture of him endlessly playing a guitar. Warm machine.

  • its woodsrock stupid!

  • Comment removed

  • @Matachicos no its not you dumb fuck

  • Not sure what a warm machine is either ... but I do know the dude likes his machines. Eg: Machinehead. I think he just goes with it cause it sounds cool ...

  • man i wish i was at woodstock

  • I was at this show. I cried during this song. It was before they released it. Man it was powerful.

  • whats a warm machine?

  • his mind nigga have u never heard machinehead

  • I love Bush. I would kill to see them live. I think their best album was by far The Science of Things, that's just my opinion. But I love all their albums. They were amazing!

  • i didn't mean to give you a thumbs down i meant to give you a thumbs up, sorry. i think sixteen stone was the best then razorblade suitcase then science of things was their last good album.

  • This.

Golden State had its charms too, but their earlier work was the best.

God, I miss Bush. Not too many bands anymore than hide meaning within meaning in their lyrics...

  • Um dos shows mais fodas desse festival !! E eu vi tudo ao vivo !!

    Saudades do Bush !

  • "but we will not let it through, the darkness and the sense - of being born to lose" that has to be the best line in the whole song

  • bush was never ever a grunge band.

toooooooooo late. GR always underlined that they are not a grunge band BUT a fucking good band. saw them 4times ;o)

  • dude i would absolutely kill to see bush live. i want them to make a reunion so bad.

  • ya dewd growing up in the 90's listening to this non stop reminds me of everything i did lol i always wanted to see them so bad then they split :/ good thing for utubes

  • i agree 100%. bush and nirvana are both great but sound no more alike than any other grunge bands.

  • I like NIrvana and Bush, but never got the comparison. They sound nothing alike to me !

  • his voice is inspiring

  • ye it is amazing eh when i first listened to him alogn time ago reminded me of kurts voice

  • Great song from this band....hanep!

  • It's kinda hard saying you like Bush (if you know what I mean) hehe

  • why is that?

  • Jajaja, Always better say you like Bush, the band.

  • 4:01-4:23 rules

  • This band was sooo good and has something special in it.

  • ...And then the rain came.

  • Simply amazing!

  • This is an amazing song. Their last album "Golden State" was their best but got no recognition.

  • I've always thought all their albums were on par with Sixteen stone (my actual favorite) but yeah Golden State was amazing, I can't think of anything that came out in '01 that I like better other than maybe Pete Yorns Musicforthemorningafter...I didn't say it WAS better, just saying I MIGHT like it better

  • Yeah, and Nirvana were copy-catting other bands before Bush even existed. Idiot.

  • yeah i'd have to agree with you Dude5000, even Kurt said that a lot of their songs were rip-offs of pixie songs lol. I still love nirvana though

  • I miss them soooooo much!!!!

  • ah awesome...bush..!!!

  • I miss them sooooooooooooooo much. Bush is the sole reason I fell in love with music, back in 96 when i first heard machine head. Then comedown was the first song that ever made me wanna just bust into tears.

  • really a damn good song!!bravo BUSH!!!

  • love this song, the live version doesn't sound as nice but still very powerful love it!

  • Im in AWE!!

  • My favorite band ever! I miss them!!

  • The best. in the west.

  • Ohh, the AWESOMENESS...!!

  • is there any good sites to understand the meaning behind their lyrics?

  • what do you mean "meaning"? this is rock music, man! LOL

  • meaning in a song is whatever you decide

  • Very good! xD

  • I was there. They're AMAZING live. It just doesn't do it justice on video.

  • How can you not appreciate a live performance like that? Even if you think there songs are simplistic, alternative rock bands like this just don't exist anymore.

  • @420Guitar420 I know what you mean.......I hope Bush come back better than ever, at least for a while until another band comes along - its different times now though, its such a shame really, Goldenstate was a great follow up to this album, to bad no one cared.

  • @420Guitar420 So agree mate bush was missundertanded because just "USA" could have "Grunge" bands :)

Anyways Bush is an awesome band Razorblade Suitcase a piece of art.

  • @420Guitar420 I could hug u. Amen

  • great song, great band, and Gavin is sooo hot!

  • one of my fav's of all time.

  • why cant people nowadays write songs like these or better...this millenium sucks!

  • ok i know theres tape on his pickups!!! but i dont know why? what does it do to the sound?!! ive been playin for a few years and everyone i ask doesnt have a clue!

  • He uses tons of distortion, but I dont really see any benefit from taping the pickups, maybe it helps who knows, I would guess he did it just because.

  • that is not tape its a type of pickup that is black and if they are taped maybe it works because alot of deans have that so ya

  • Great just Great sad to see bands like this go music just isn't the same imo

  • ive always thought he said "war machine" it wasnt until now that he actually says "warm machine" and now i know, and "knowing is half the battle!" - Sgt. Slaughter

  • ... the other half involves guns

  • Tool is overproduced? Ouch! My favorite band. They sound live how they sound on cd. You're not a band if you cant do that, imo. But I respect your opinion.

However, I dont think The Science of Things was too electronic. I like how they evolved into a new sound and it showed on this album. Some people prefer the old Bush, but seeing as how I am a big fan of electronic music I thought this album was incredible. Not to mention the awesome writing. They are great lyricists.

  • This is the best first song of an album ever!!!!!!

  • One of the best songs from that era. My favorite era!

  • Dave Parsons - the man who went from being in one of the naffest bands of the 80s (Transvision fucking VAMP!), to being in one of the greatest bands of the 90s. How the hell did he manage that?

  • Dude that bass is fuckin awesome

  • I F*CKING LOVE IT.

  • gavin rule

  • I know the imperfection is a draw for me. Also, damn my youth! I was alive for this, but not listening to the right music.

  • bush is a good band....but that's why i love tool, listening to them in concert sounds like your listening to a CD

  • i like that imperfection of live performances... i mean in all honestly, tool sound extremely overproduced in their albums

  • This album was insanely over produced! Tool are ridiculously tight and percussive, which suits their production, which I think is down mostly to amazing engineering in getting great recorded sounds rather than too much fancy mixing. The Science of things I felt was too electronic in some places - should have gone for more layers of guitar instead. Still a great album though

  • How can you say Tool albums are "overproduced", that is their style. Ever hear their early live stuff? They had plenty imperfections live, but their albums are meant to push artistic boundaries in music, thats why they are labeled as "progressive-metal" and high production value is a characteristic of progressive music.

  • True dat, they have imperfections but till they are amazing and right amazing music! they sure as hell are not a normal band and for that i love them! But this is a Bush video so lets talk about them not tool!

  • do they have tape on their pickups??

  • yes they do, the pickups on gavin's strat are actually white but covered with black tape. There's a picture of it pre-tape in the Science of Things album

  • Drift slowly for I know theres a thousand miles 2 go with out blinking. Great song, tops on my list, and yes I feal warm.

  • one of there best songs

  • além de lindo canta bem!!!

  • they fall on the grunge category, ang bass is a huge part in that kind of genre

  • i fucking love this song !!! i think there best album is razorblade suitcase althou sixteen stone is addictive !! than comes the science of things !!! the last one i really havent heard it

  • one of the best sets that weekend, i found a new appreciation 4 them after that

  • If you could post the whole Bush show, that would be awesome

  • I want the entire set

  • put some more up - whole set to come

  • does anyone know why both gavin and nigel have tape on their pickups?

  • makeshift sweatgaurds maybe, cuz if it gets in any type of switches/pedals/electronics it can really mess things up

  • whos the retard who ran the sound for this concert? the mix is horrible.

great song though, great band. But Dave Parsons is WAY too loud in the mix.

  • I like this song vvvvveeeeerrrryyyyyy much:)

  • i dont get wat the prob is from these record company dichheads i mean the videos on here r 1. shit video quality. 2 shit audio quality. 3 cant download. tell me wat idiot will rather spend their whole day watchin concert vids here than go buy the DVD. we need youtube so we can sample bands we love n new ones too . RESIST THE CORPORATES

  • you said it champion, the world needs more people to think like you!

  • sixteenstone, if they took ur vids is because, bush or people that's associated with bush complained, its not youtube's fault

  • Yes, very amazing. This song gives me chills.

  • Amazing song

  • Nigel broke his string at the end. =/

  • just recently saw gavin's new band,Institute. put on a good show and the album is good

  • dude is my favorite band you tube sucks it took of all my bush vidoes

  • that means Bush doesn't want their vids up here, this one will be taken soon. They probably want to sell it.... I was wondering why this is the only Bush at Woodstock vid

  • cuase youtube took em off cuase they suck

  • I am looking for the cover of the REM song in woodstock as well.

  • I have the entire Woodstock 99 on about 15 vhs tapes...who wants to convert them?

  • Whats the quality?

  • They were taped direct from cable. Unless the tape has deteriated should be great!

  • And you have EVERY performance? East stage and west? EVERY minute?

  • YES - every minute that was on cable - about 15 VHS tapes

  • Hmm.. maybe I'd like to make a deal? :)

  • send me an email on here to make an offer

  • bush is awesome! one of the more underappreciated bands ever
