Congrats on the weight loss. I am going to have to check out those gummy bears. I hate swallowing any pills, but know i should probably take a multi vitamin. I am currently trying to get all my viatmins through my food. I love your food choices.

I strongly recommend the gummys, you can find them for adults too haha, I am using the kiddos ones lol, but they are good and feel like a cheat because they taste like the original gummy bears. And I get what you are saying and agree that we need to get our nutrition primarily from the food, it is a good focus to have, but sometimes we still need an extra boost :).

My husband actually just started exercising in Jan. He is only 1/2 pound from his goal of 45 pounds and I've pretty much always been 'anal' about my weight. I did aerobic exercises for a few years back in the 80's but normally just walk until recently. LOL. He is 56 and I'm 55 so I'm glad we are working out with weights and a program which was P90 and now Master Series. P90X will be next.
