my coach always taught me to not put my knee in front of my toe when im doing the lunge, i think for tht part you need to back up a little but the rest is good! ill be doing this everyday! i need to get more flexible!
im a guy and can nearly do the middle split just not the other one i guess im just naturally flexible i stretch when i remember before parkour but i need to go more i can completely put my head to my knees when touching my toes which is more than most who cant even touch their toes
this is so inspiring, I wish I had done some sports in my life (I'm 25 now and I think it's a little bit too late to become flexible). All the same, I'd like to start a stretching routine. Also, this is very off topic but I love your hair :)
