  • @m3thinator My friend Nick is big into football and I asked him! He thinks that flexibility is really important so take away what you want from that :) Good luck!

  • i can so do a back stand without laying on my back first shes fake they show that on every stretching thing i could do it wit my eyes closed

  • @steezOmatic11 What's a backstand? I can do a backbend into a back walkover if you that's what you're getting at..? I just figured that most people would prefer going into a bridge from their back, that's all. Goodbye.

  • my coach always taught me to not put my knee in front of my toe when im doing the lunge, i think for tht part you need to back up a little but the rest is good! ill be doing this everyday! i need to get more flexible!

  • im a guy and can nearly do the middle split just not the other one i guess im just naturally flexible i stretch when i remember before parkour but i need to go more i can completely put my head to my knees when touching my toes which is more than most who cant even touch their toes

  • this is so inspiring, I wish I had done some sports in my life (I'm 25 now and I think it's a little bit too late to become flexible). All the same, I'd like to start a stretching routine. Also, this is very off topic but I love your hair :)
