When you run into a problem like that and you really desperately want to watch the rest, you have to clear the video download from your cache so it can restart.

I'm not very tech savy so i usually do this by restarting my computer but yea that requires some effort so i only bother when i really need to watch something.

Geez, after that random girl gives you something important with her last breath, you use it to throw her corpse onto what I believe is the tram line, were it will get crushed to little bits. This is why you can't get pretty and destructive things. ^^
