that ancient mauy thai..is "predal serey... which is khmer martial arts...Muy Thai is simple kickboxing sport. Predal Serey is the real martial arts form. look it up.
vietnam has kickboxing too. only name i can fight associated with it is Vo Tu Do. It was banned(like many martial arts) during the french colonization and communism era.
@iseevideos123 it's quite sad that many forms are fighting are banned in vietnam, like boxing for example. if they were available, you will see many great vietnamese fighters... it's sad indeed

Best to know what your opponent is capable of rather than not knowing at all. Now that you know I reckon you should fight him, will you?

The vid showed how to use elbow it didnt say to use elbow only during the fight so dont misunderstand that.
