    I love walking. And it's an excellent way to get in shape & stay in shape. Most people don't realize how effective it is.

  • Hi from ireland.

    I have some questions.

    (1) regarding chia-bia. could you just springle the seeds on food without adding water

    ie straight from the packet.

    (2) regarding walking. Surely diet must come into it. If i walk the thirty minutes every day or at least five days a week, but am having slices of apple tart at teatime for three of those days, and perhaps eating icecream and bars of choclate for two of those days. I'm sure walking will help, but it won't give me a flat stomach. tbc

  • @irish66 the above describes me, although since I've put on about 3 1/4s of a stone approx. I'm cutting out/down on the above mentioned stuff and anything else that might help. Back to walking. (1)Does the half hour have to be done at the same time. (2)Does it count if you do it on a treadmill. (3) if you walk for an hour in one day, does that count as 2 days walk.

    i walk every at least half an hour every day on the path. Then i take the dog out twice a week, for an average of 90 minutes. tbc
